ALBUNY

Do you have this thought that the world runs unefficiently with all the waste we produce? Me too. And that is what we do in WasteNott. We spread the importance of reducing waste and live sustainability albeit its arduous and time-consuming habbit building.

We learn mainly to organise time and finish tasks before the deadline. We also learn how to create interesting posts to gain audience thorugh creative postings, as well as, memes.

Volunteering at WasteNott was a fun experience! I learned many things, from zero waste initiatives and environmental issues, to learning how to communicate and work within a team. Not to mention, the people are friendly and approachable.

It was a joy to work with the Website team. I learned many new skills, such as teamwork and leading a fairly small team, as well as about website design and content creation. Shoutout to Wenni and Hakeem! :)

Working at WasteNott has significantly increased my overall productivity and has helped me upskill my time management. Apart from that, I have made so many sustainable changes in my life ever since i joined the WasteNott Family, it was truly a 10/10 experience <3

Being the Outreach Sub-Team Leader has taught me valuable leadership skills. It helped me exercise my communication skills as well as teamwork. I was so happy to be able to connect with various NGOs like GreenPeace Malaysia, WMAM and TLFP. We even got to collaborate with the Ministry of Environment and Water! I’m glad i joined the event team cs each event was so cool and memorable :’)

MORE COMMENTS FROM OTHER VOLUNTEERS!

"Working amongst like-minded people in tackling a universal problem shows how practicing zero or minimal waste is a collaborative effort as it is an individual practice. WasteNott has become a faithful encourager in my life and I’m looking forward to learning more from them."
