This was our debut event trying to encourage the university to decrease their waste during the festive season. Participants just had to post on social media about their zero-waste practices for CNY with the hashtag '#zerowastecny'. We chose 5 winners with the most votes who got to enjoy prizes worth up to RM 100 from the PYNGzerowaste Store. Since then, we've been occasionally hosting zero-waste challenges to get everyone involved in greening up the environment!
