We made the most of the COVID-19 pandemic while physical events were discouraged by organising a series of virtual insightful waste workshops. The speakers hailed from various environmentalist and F&B organisations such as Greenpeace and The Lost Food Project. The topics ranged from plastic pollution to handling food waste. What's more, students from FOSE were eligible to earn s-CPD points upon attending the workshops.
